this a clip of the most memorable evening of my life. I visited Goa in Jan 2009 and walked into Cafe Looda at Anjuna Beach (famous for its flea market) in North Goa, on a wednesday night and saw this band performing- i think the name of the band is ‘kundalini’ or something. I learnt that this band has been performing at Cafe Looda for years. Cafe Looda itself has an amazing ambience- built on bamboo stilts, thatched roof, without any walls, with the beach and sea on one side. they light up candles at every table and the rest of the lighting is done by earthen chandeliers (though the menu at this place is not very attractive). All this and the band performing live- its a heady mixture!!
